Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Equatorworks services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Equatorworks provides managed workforce solutions including remote teams, onsite teams, and project management services. We connect clients with Kenyan talent and manage the relationship.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate project requirements, pay invoices promptly, and treat assigned workers with professionalism and respect.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with recurring payments for ongoing engagements.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Workers sign NDAs before accessing client data.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is possible for breach of terms or unethical conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

Equatorworks' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.
